Through this link to APHA you will also find the very important explanation of the recently created Non-Resident Hunter Preservation Fund (NRHPF). In brief, this fund was created to help insure that non-resident hunters will continue to have access to hunting opportunities within Alaska. This fund provides a pool from which to fight anti-hunting or hunting restrictive legislation.
